Talwar Gallery presented a selection of Shambhavi Singh's works across their New York and New Delhi spaces — a dialogue between two geographies, two audiences, and two decades of artistic practice. The exhibition brought together seminal series: Ghatak, Postal Address, Migrant Laborers, and 2000 Echoes.
The New York presentation emphasized the transnational resonances of displacement and belonging, while the New Delhi iteration returned to the local — the specific textures of Indian modernity, labor, and memory. Together, the two shows mapped a career defined by material risk and poetic urgency.
